Roger Barbour is leader of the Roger Barbour Jazz Quartet. He’s been playing trumpet around the Greater Pittsburgh Area since about the age of 18. He played R&B for about 20 years with The Basic Sounds of Pittsburgh, as well as with other R&B bands. Roger has been playing jazz since the early nineties. He plays frequently with the Cultural Trust jazz series at the Backstage Bar.
